Over the past 35 years, Neil Katz has distinguished himself as an innovator, leader, teacher, scholar and highly successful practitioner in academia and in organizational consulting. Dr. Katz currently serves as Program Manager for Training and Organizational Development for the Executive Education Programs in the nationally renowned Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and as Distinguished Visiting Professor of Conflict Practice at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.  After receiving his doctorate from the University of Maryland in 1974, Neil’s academic career at the Maxwell School included service as founder and director of the Program in Nonviolent Conflict and Change, founder and director of the Annual Summer Institute on Creative Conflict Resolution, co-founder and faculty supervisor for the Campus Mediation Center and the Conflict Resolution Consulting Group, co founder and associate director of the Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts and associate professor of  Social Science and Public Affairs.. Carolyn Keane is the President of Keane Corp which is manufacturing and selling the PaintSmart-Trayz.  It is a paint trayz that hangs vertically or horizontally on a ladder so your hands are free to paint. The paint drips back into the trayz, not on the floor. Richard Macht

I am a veteran insurance agent with my own agency: Secure Retirement Solutions, LLC. I live in Delray Beach with my wife Bonnie of 38 years, and we enjoy our many trips to California to visit our grandson and new granddaughter. We also enjoy travelling around the world visiting new places and people. I recently retired after 25 years of umpiring baseball with Little League and High School players.

Dan Mackey

Dan Mackey brings the expertise of more than 30 years of public relations, journalism, publishing, and marketing to his accounts.  Focusing at Bitner Goodman primarily on publicity for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, he has also represented a restaurant franchise, a show on ESPN, an architectural firm, and a statewide environmental organization.  A few of the highlights in his public relations consulting career include the original branding of the Kreepy Krauly automatic pool cleaner, as publicist for the U.S. Olympic swimming and diving teams that included diver Greg Louganis and swimmer Janet Evans, and corporate branding/public relations for the industry giant Pentair Water Pool & Spa, Inc., a division of NYSE listed Pentair Inc. Sustainable Horizon is a unique student travel organization that develops hands-on international service learning, environmental conservation, language and cultural immersion experiences for middle school through graduate level students.  SH provides participants with a global experience in which they will not only gain a sense of awareness and respect for the natural world and the different cultures that inhabit it, but also immerse themselves within those cultures and give a helping hand to those in need.

Our programs are designed to engage students through experiential learning, and challenge them to learn and grow outside of their comfort zones.  Through hands-on learning, students will experience their world like never before.  Whether teaching young Mayan children to read, building eco-stoves for host families, or counting rare blue iguanas, students will be working directly with local community members.  Contributing to community-defined projects, living in homestays, and participating in cultural excursions, students will become an integral part of a new and global community.
