BusinessReportWriter.com

Joel Spiegelmanbusinessreportwriter.com ( a service of Columbia Associates, Inc.)

Columbia Associates, Inc. has been providing management and business consulting services since 1993. While many of the managers we have worked with have had a firm grasp on their business fundamentals and verbally expressed themselves well, they were not able to produce a complete and effective well-written document.

When asked, our recommendation to all of these clients was simple. Spend the extra money and get someone to write for you. That someone turned out to be us.

Just as some smaller companies have utilized Columbia Associates as part-time staff or line personnel, we became ghost business writers over time.

From these experiences, we decided to offer www.businessreportwriter.com to the general business community. This has proven to be a popular and practical solution for people with great ideas who do not have the time to write, are afraid to write, or who have poor writing skills.

Since we are not just writers but business consultants as well, we do more than just proofread what you wrote. If necessary, we totally rewrite your copy to give it all the attributes that make up a document of excellence.

Our experience not only allows us to effectively do our work, we are efficient at what we do and that saves you money.

Unlike other writing services you may find, we take total responsibility for our work. We specialize in honesty and integrity. You always deal directly with our editor, and never with a freelancer.

Our editor is Joel Spiegelman.  Joel has extensive business experience as an entrepreneur, management consultant, and a FORTUNE 500 executive.  Joel has held executive positions in retailing, advertising, public relations, and broadcasting.  In addition, as a management consultant, he has designed computer systems, formulated marketing strategies, and has written business plans that have raised millions of dollars. For many years Joel has been a faculty member at one of the nation’s top 10 largest private non-profit universities where he taught a variety of business subjects.  Joel’s education includes a BSEE degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Joel is responsible for all of our written work and works closely with each of our clients to insure a top quality effort and result.

Marvin Cashion

Marvin Cashion
Marvin J. Cashion B.A., Syracuse University, 1968; J.D., Syracuse University College of Law, 1971; LL.M., New York University School of Law, 1988. After 34 years of practicing corporate, transactional and international law (primarily in Latin America), as well as insurance and reinsurance law, Marv Cashion launched Cashion ADR International, LLC in late 2008 to provide commercial mediator and arbitrator services.  He is fluent in Spanish as well as English.  The company is headquartered in Aventura, Florida.

The “ADR” in the corporate name stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution.  The primary ADR methods are mediation and arbitration.  Mediation is a settlement discussion between parties facilitated by a mediator.  A settlement is reached only when the parties agree.  In arbitration, the parties chose an arbitrator to rule on the dispute between them.  This decision is binding and enforceable in a court of law.  Either procedure can be used in lieu of litigation and is considerably more economical.

Having served as an officer and director of both U.S. and Latin American corporations, Cashion brings a practical business perspective to the legal deliberations involved in this work.  Any dispute can be settled through ADR.

Read more about these time and money-saving methods of dispute resolution at www.cashionADR.com.  Marv can be reached at Cashion ADR International, LLC, 19501 W. Country Club Drive, #TS-2, Aventura, Florida 33180, Tel. (786) 514-5224 or at mcashion@cashionADR.com.

Keane Corp.

Carolyn KeaneCarolyn Keane is the President of Keane Corp which is manufacturing and selling the PaintSmart-Trayz.

It is a paint trayz that hangs vertically or horizontally on a ladder so your hands are free to paint. The paint drips back into the trayz, not on the floor. There are also hooks to hold 2 brushes and a 9” roller.  It is made of durable plastic and won’t rust.  The cleanup is easy with a drain spout on the side and when you are done you can hand the roller & brushes in the trayz to dry.

The product is being made in Ohio and is available for quick shipment.

With the rest of my time I am a Broker Associate with the Keyes Company selling real estate.  It is a great time to invest and I have been in the business since 1991.  I work with first time buyers, home sellers and anyone who needs help figuring out just what to do in this market.   I enjoy helping people get the right home to suit their needs.  I have lived in South Florida since 1975 so I know the area and the market.

I am also a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity.  In fact, they have received several of the first PaintSmart-Trayz.   I know that the trayz make the work go faster and cleaner with less spills.

Call me for all of your real estate needs.  I am also available if you have a great idea and want to know how to get it produced.  I am a member of the Inventors Society of South Florida and am happy to help others pursue their dreams.
