UNOFFICIAL FACTOIDS:

Syracuse students were well known for their stance against the Vietnam War.  The campus scene in Born on the Fourth of July starring Tom Cruise and directed by Oliver Stone, in real life actually took place at Syracuse, with the "bar scene" being Chucks and the "protest" scene being the Quad.
